It’s been quiet here – though for a reason. I have been working with the publishers in the process of producing the long awaited book. Yes, it should have been released in 2015, but I suppose I underestimated the work required after the completing the manuscript. All hope is not lost, the book comes out in a few weeks, we are now in the print (final) phase of the process!
